... your house is so completely, craptastically messy that you can't fathom where to begin?  Or even why to begin?

    To answer my own question, make something - food, mostly, but also little stuffed bunnies for DD's easter basket. But even more mostly, sit here on the computer trying to avoid the disaster that is behind me.

    I usually start by putting things away. I'll crank up music and speed clean. Then dust and vacuum. Lastly, I do the dishes. I love to have a clean sink. I'm a bit OCD.

    I do the same thing @mrscodemonkey does. Put away things then vacuum and dust.

    I can never manage to get past tidy (for one or two rooms) in the hour and a half I have with DD out of the house.  So dusting? HAHAHAHAHA!  You, too, are funny!
