Meet Jackson Victor!

Hi everyone. We welcomed our little buddy into the world 04/15/14 @ 10:14am at 39w on the dot. He was 5lbs 11oz and 19" and screaming his little lungs out!

I was joking with my husband that it would be great if we had him during the full moon. Well we went to bed at 10pm and I opened my eyes at 11:59 about 3 seconds before I felt the pop of my water breaking. Contractions started within 30 min and we labored at home until 4 then went to the hospital where we found out we were 6cm. I immediately got in the tub ( which saved my life!) and stayed there until 8. My OB is
One of our best friends and she just so happens to be on maternity leave herself with an 7 wk old. My husband had been keeping her updated without me knowing and she showed up to deliver us as a surprise to me. It was exactly the med free birth we had hoped for. We couldn't be more thrilled!
