Need a shoulder to cry on (BFP mentioned not mine) Update

So..... this weekend has totally sucked. As many of you know about a month ago my sister found out she was pregnant. While it isn't the best case scenario for her, it isn't the worst either. She is only 19 and in school, but her boyfriend of only 6 months is 29. Anyway she has been having some stomach issues for months and they thought it was her gall bladder. She was in the ER all day yesterday and the dr confirmed she is about 8 weeks. So she finally told my parents, while disappointed that she is in this situation they are happy to become grandparents.Well, I wake up this morning to 2 fb posts by mom about becoming a grandparent and being so blessed. This afternoon I saw a post from my aunt about her first great niece or nephew and how excited she was and I lost it. I literally went ballistic! I had the big ugly can't catch my breath cry. My mom asked me if I was going to come to the hospital to visit my sister and I said how I shouldn't because i'm still sick with strep throat and I said besides my aunts comment broke my heart. Her reply was yeah shes amazing isn't she? WTF is that? Last time I checked a broken heart meant you were sad not happy. Ugh, I want so badly to be happy about all of this and I don't want my sister to feel like she can't be excited, but damn it i'm so sad and I don't know how to be happy. I just want to not cry anymore. Thanks for listening to my rant... it doesn't help i'm in my 2ww and expect AF in a few days.

*Update* First off, thank you all so much. You made me all feel so cared for. Its nice to know you have this board, its like 50 friends who you know when they say they understand they actually do! Thanks for being my cheerleaders!
So my sister is really really sick. Way more sick than I realized. They have admitted her for observation, she is in extreme pain every time she takes a bite of food to the point that she starts vomiting uncontrollably. Last night I was there and she went from uncomfortable to vomiting green within 5 minutes. She didn't stop throwing up until they gave her pain meds. They are afraid to run too many tests because of the baby, but they can't figure out if it is her gall bladder, appendix, or ulcers. Please keep her in your thoughts! Love you all!!

I'm so sorry! How frustrating and sad, especially the comments that your little sister's unexpected pregnancy is what has made them grandparents/aunt for the first time. I am trying to put myself in your shoes and imagine how it would feel if my 21yo sis got pregnant before me. AAH!

I see you're on a break to get healthy. You can be proud of the huge changes you've made in your body, people always say women have to take care of ourselves so we can be strong for our (future) kids!!!

I'm so sorry, honey. I had a major meltdown a couple days ago, too. I know how it can feel like you can't breathe and there is no end in sight. I know how alone you feel in your journey, because that's how I've been feeling, too. I know it's hard to move on, but take the time you need to grieve. For me, that meant grieving and crying and then trying to find joy in things that aren't IF-related. I know it's hard to have a plan fall through. For me, I want nothing more than to be a mom and it seems like that's my whole future, but I have to live in the present and so do you. I found what works for me (at least for now), and I hope you can do the same. ((((((((HUGS)))))))))

Huge hugs and prayers for this pain to lessen coming your way! IF has a way of tearing our hearts apart and building them back up with hope, only to be torn apart all over again. Be good to yourself and as always, 3T is here to listen! I finally got the 3T passport and a little something for you in the mail today, so you can look forward to that this weekend, I so much enjoyed reading all the notes from past siggy challenge winners, it was like I had a sorority of penpals!
