Hi All,
We are just now starting to think about becoming pregnant and I was look at some book the other day about pregnancy. there are just SO many book out there, can anyone give me their recommendation for a good book that takls about becoming pregnancy and what to expect during pregnancy, etc.
Overall, what is your favorite pregnancy book??
Thank you!
Re: What is your favorite pregnancy book?
Your Pregnancy Week by Week
The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy
The Mayo Guide to Pregnancy (I think is the name) was my bible while I was pregnant.
I started with a couple others and they scared the crap out of me.
I DO NOT recommend that stupid "What to expect when you are expecting"
Just don't do it - it is scary and uninformative.
I liked Week by Week and Girlfriends Guide
I have one called The Pregnancy Bible and I love it.
I also was not/am not very impressed with What to expect when you're expecting and I agree with getting Taking Charge of Your Fertility
i liked the pregnancy book (sears). all the medical stuff, not scary, and balanced presentation of both sides on those topics that people are prone to feel strongly about (med-free, med, etc).
GL!
