DS's daycare did a week of singing math songs about "mixing" numbers and "making" numbers.
Since then he's been obsessed and talks constantly about what three and three make and how three and three and four and two make the same number. He spent twenty minutes this morning mixing numbers (adding).
Does anyone know any math games or products for a three year old? I don't want to drill him and make him bored, but I'd love to encourage his love of math. So far most of the math games I've seen online seem boring or drill like.
Re: Fun math games for preschoolers?
I knew parenting would have some ideas. I must suck at googling because all I could find were flash card type drills. If he thinks math is fun I don't want to ruin it!
If you have an Ipad, the Endless Numbers app is seriouslyt the cutest, funniest thing I have seen in a while.
It's so entertaining, H and I play with it without DD.
