Meds while nursing help!!!!

Currently so congested I am having trouble breathing -- what can I safely take while nursing? Sore throat too but I'm drinking tons of water and honey tea.

    I only ever took Benadryl. I was too paranoid about losing any supply, so I tried to do so sparingly, and I only took 25 mg. It's not magic, but it does help.

    -My step-daughter is 12 years old.

    -BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.

    -BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section

    You can also do saline wash, and hot steamy showers. Eucalyptus oil is supposed to help with the steam. You can also just sit in the bathroom while its all steamy.

    most things are fine, just avoid sudafed (pseudoephedrine) as it can dry up your supply.
