I second p90x but even more recommend p90x3. It's only 30 min a day instead of an hour like p90x. I can't do an hour. It has all kinda of videos that range from martial arts to yoga to push-ups/pull-ups to Pilates to balance exercises to lower body focuse to cardio jumping workouts and more. I'm almost done!
Also, a bit cheaper are Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or ripped in 30. He might think they're girly because it's Jillian but they are tough workouts! My husband likes them and so does my FIL and BIL.
I am LOVING 30 Day Shred because it's an intense workout but only 20 minutes!! As I"m dying during the exercise I remind myself it is only 20 minutes and it is motivating. Plus I lost 4 pounds the first week I did it!!
