Ugh! I remember those days. I don't think I cooked at all during 1st trimester with DD. I could not stand the smell of meat cooking. Unfortunately, DH and DS weren't happy eating PB&J's every night for dinner, which was my craving.

I was the same way. Except my craving was Life cereal. My meat aversion lasted through both of my pregnancies, which was tough having GD both times
I feel like it was easier to be lazy last pregnancy b/c dd wasn't even a year old so she was mostly on baby foods during my first tri. Now I have 2 ravenously hungry toddler/preschoolers to feed every night. Luckily they are just as happy to eat chicken nuggets or ravioli every night. They are the only reason I am cooking at all.
Sat- baked salmon, couscous, and roasted broccoli Sun- roasted chicken w yogurt sauce, pesto potato salad and spring salad w strawberries Mon- vegi chili Tues- leftover chili in quesadillas Wed- salad w breaded chicken Thurs- lobster cakes with salsa and probably a salad Fri- leftovers or a freezer meal
we had a meal swap yesterday, so I don't have to make dinner for a few weeks!
M - hobo dinner
T - orange chicken with broccoli
W - beef stew
Th - leftover (I'm at bookclub)
Fr - baked cod and sweet potato fries
I'm curious...I assume this is like a cookie swap? So everything makes huge batches of 1 meal and packages it up (I assume for the freezer) and then everyone goes home w/ a meal of each of them? Are the meals usually good? Seems like it could be hit or miss depending on ppl's taste...
