Should I be worried that my boobs stopped hurting?

Ok maybe this bed rest thing isn't for me.... But after my u/s yesterday showed my two beans... I passed two more large clots. I've been bleeding since I started bleeding yesterday, albeit it has decreased significantly. But today my boobs completely stopped hurting. I feel like I should go into my re's office and get another u/s but I'm afraid I look like a lunatic if I do. They told me yesterday to come back if it gets worse..... I didn't see how it could get worse than yesterday....and I'm certainly not worse. Is it all in my head?

I understand your fear with everything going on for you! But trust me on this one - the boob stuff comes and goes. WILDLY. It is 100000% no indication of if everything is okay or not. It made me freak too, but I promise you it's not related or an indication of anything bad. Hang in there!

Thanks lady. I'm just super anxious I guess and reading into everything. I'm terrified and don't think I would feel ok even if I had that u/s wand shoved in there staring at my uterus 24/7. Logically, I know I'm being emotional and irrational; also that there isn't anything I can do different to stop a m/c. Yet my irrational side seems to be winning right now.

I guess I know what these babies will be like if they chose to stick around-- drama!

I agree with @liz4paws‌ that symptoms can come and go. I definitely do not blame you for over analyzing everything, I would be, too! I wish there was a magic 8 ball to tell you everything will be just fine. Lots of positive vibes your way!

I second PP - boob pain (and most other sx) come and go. I was acting like a lunatic squeezing my boobs all the time when they stopped hurting. Also, my M/S stopped suddenly around 11 weeks and I was convinced it was over - it wasn't.

Although I'm bleeding from a different issue (placenta previa), I've been very surprised at how much I can bleed and everything is fine. I even bled huge (like plum size clots). Doctor said those were not actually from inside the uterus but blood that had pooled and then clotted in the vagina. Sorry if that's TMI but it helped me freak out less about the clots.

Ha not TMI at all. I didn't get an answer as to what was causing my bleeding. The RE that examined me didn't see any blood in my uterus. So I guess there is no answer. I've been googling everything today in hopes to find an answer.

If you don't mind answering a question for me....
When did they diagnose you with placenta previa? I don't know that that isn't what I have going on.....don't know that I do either, so I'm just trying to rule it out or in I guess.

Ugh- so sorry you are going through this! For what it's worth- my symptoms came and went all the time in the first tri and they were mostly mild. It is so nerve wracking but most of the time I didn't "feel" pregnant anymore!

Agreed! My boobskinda stopped hurting this weekend, but came back today with a vengeance.... Along with a roadmap of dark blue veins all over them!

Most symptoms come and go. I had the same thought at my 6w u/s when mine stopped hurtting...and then I heard baby's heartbeat! Try not to worry about it, it's really common.

no I don't mind answering. my placenta previa was diagnosed at 17 weeks when I started bleeding. at my nuchal scan at 12/13 weeks there was no previa - both placentas were elsewhere in the uterus as the are supposed to be. Not sure how early a placenta previa can cause bleeding but you could certainly ask doc. apparently only treatment is pelvic rest/activity restriction and/or bedrest (unless later in pregnancy when they can consider delivering babies). Fingers crossed for you!!

Yup. My boobs stopped hurting too. For like months! Still not sore at 32 weeks! Guess everyone is different.
