Good Easter Dinner Sides??

Ok ladies! Let me pick your brains again. We are hosting Easter this year and just moved into our house 3 weeks ago. We rented all winter so DH is dying to use our grill again. I LOVE me some ham, but he wants to make mesquite BBQ ribs. Yes please!

So, since it's not a "traditional" Easter main dish for us, I want to change up the sides too. My Dad hates broccoli rice casserole, and we usually make green bean casserole too. I found a recipe for crock pot cheddar creamed corn and a fresh green bean, walnut, and feta salad.

What would be a good carb to have?Any other good sides worth trying? What do you all make? Thanks!!

Re: Good Easter Dinner Sides??

  • I'm doing ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus and dinner rolls. For ribs I would do any of the following: potato salad, macaroni salad, green salad, BBQ baked beans, baked potatoes, coleslaw, or fruit salad.

  • Potato salad and baked beans!
  • Oh perfect!! We love asparagus. And I have a good homemade potato salad recipe. DH likes to make homemade mac and cheese too.
