Chili and cornbread tonight.

The rest of the week includes:

ribs, home fries, coleslaw

turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans

turkey sandwiches, potato salad, garden salad

chinese takeout

and spaghetti garlic bread, garden salad.

Yikes! It's actually something I adapted from an ex's mom's recipe. This one's pretty close, except I dump everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours. https://easteuropeanfood.about.com/od/serbianvegetables/r/prebanac.htm

Meatball subs. CANNOT wait!!!

I make the meatballs with sirloin and pork, pan-fry in an iron skillet then, finish off in sauce. Top with provolone or mozzarella and place on toasted hoagie sub rolls.

Tonight is pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches with coleslaw and a fruit salad. The rest of the week: salmon with baked potatoes and roasted broccoli, spaghetti and meatballs with a Caesar salad, nachos, grilled chicken with herb butter noodles and green beans.
