I really did well with my food choices this week! I avoided carbs and ate a ton of fruits and veggies. My water consumption is up and I got lots of sleep! This baby really likes fish so the whole two servings per week thing is killing me!
Managed to keep my anxiety and contractions under control and even threw in some light walking.
Lol yes I biked! I'm hot, I'm exhausted, my legs hurt but I biked! I have been sooo busy lately that I haven't been getting my 30 minute treadmill time in at work or at home. And I so haven't been eating the best. Pasta pasta pasta. So, I found these recipes from doctor oz. They're supposed to flush all of the nastiness of your system and give you all the nutrients you need. It's got flaxseeds and almond milk and kale and all sorts of things. They're gritty but tasty. And since it's getting nice out, we're going to start taking family walks.
Food was great during the week, but I had a girls weekend away and we ate all the food. Weekdays are so much easier than weekends.
DH started reffing again during the evenings, which really gets in the way of my running. I didn't run at all last week Hoping to just start walking or something in the evenings when DH is gone so that I can get out of the house and enjoy the weather, should it ever get nice again.
All in all, I think my weight gain is still in check. I have two more weeks to behave myself before my next appointment, and I'm really hoping I see a reasonable number on the scale this time - 4ish lbs in 4 weeks seems reasonable, right?
I had a good week this week. I ran four days and got most of my runs done in the AM before DS is up, which always makes me much happier. Also, the weather is starting to get nicer which makes it so much easier for me to motivate myself. Hit 15K + steps per day a couple days last week and signed up for a 5K road race in mid-May as a motivator.
Trying to enjoy these last few weeks before I start to feel really big. With DS, 32 weeks was when running started to get a lot harder, because he had a big growth spurt and my belly grew a ton.
Last week was great! Ran 40 miles, taught bootcamp 3xs, and went for a nice hike on Sunday with H and DS. 29 weeks tomorrow!
Vents/Celebrations- passed my glucose test. Start appointments every two weeks next week- eek, it's getting close to crunch time!
Goals for this week- run another 40-mile week; strength train 2-3 days; get rid of these stupid calf cramps that keep waking me up at night (Gatorade seems to help when I remember to drink it); order bedding for nursery.

@BPaws hooray on the jeans still fitting- it's a great feeling, isn't it?! I've been able to wear mine with a BeBand over top. I felt like crap the whole day after my glucose test, too. My body is NOT used to all that sugar!
@kleMcK aw, thanks!! I've been feeling so good while running during this pregnancy- the distance still feels good, so I'm going with it for now! I had some brief sciatic pain around 31-32 weeks during my first pregnancy and had to drop my mileage a bit then. Hoping I can avoid that this time around. You're doing great with your running and working out, too!
My week was pretty good last week, but I've been having a lot of low back pain over the weekend (maybe sciatic). I just signed up for a 5k in May, so hopefully it will start feeling better soon! I ran 3 times last week and got 5 Pure Barre classes in. My eating was good during the week, but went to total crap over the weekend! I'm trying to get back on track this week. I didn't run or go to class today to try to give my back a chance to start feeling better, so we'll see tomorrow if it helped. Great job to all of the ladies that are continuing to be active!
I started Barre class last week! A new studio just opened in town and my goal is to go 1-2 times a week, long walks with DS on non Barre days as well as some light weight lifting. My eating was better last week and I'm trying to keep it up this week. I gained 9lbs last month (ughhh) and do NOT want a repeat at my next appointment!
Last week was good. Got 3 out of 4 walks in. Did well on the water intake. My food was pretty good until the wknd. IL's were in town and wanted to treat us to meals (3 times in 2 days! but I feel like I managed to make decent choices for restaurant food).
Got my GD results back and I am in the clear! I got lots of good veggies in my share from Sat so we'll be eating spinach, bok choy, and swiss chard with dinners this week. Anyone know of any good uses for fresh mint besides in my tea?
Last week was decent - I ate really well (lots of fruits, veggies, and salmon), and I got a ton of sleep. I mostly just walked last week. I'm hoping to do more resistance work this week if my RLP will allow it!
I never had the chance to respond...traveling so, not really focusing much on the "healthy." Been doing some walking, eating fairly okay since I have to watch sugar/carbs but I have indulged in more than I normally would.

My goals for the week are much the same!
