I think it was Margery and/or the Fool. Otherwise, I don't know how the Fool would've known to get Sansa the eff outta there. And Margery fed him two bites. But never took one herself. :-?

My fave part was the Cersei/Brieanne convo. That was NOT in the books and the fact that GRRM wrote the episode means it is important.

Oh, and good call @bkeane619‌! I totes have a girl crush on Bri. She rocks my socks. I haven't read the books yet, so I'm always curious how the show aligns and detours from the original story.

So then I wouldn't think it was the grandma or Margery because that leaves Margery back at square one. It seems like she desperately wants to be queen, but who knows??? Maybe that cousin if hers who hates all Lanisters... What's his name?

The joff ended up slicing through a bunch of the doves when he cut the pie with his sword.

Oh, and see I took it as a sign that the pie was poisonous, because there were dead birds inside (which, I assumed, ate some of the pie while they were in there). Now I don't know what to think! :-?

Haven't read the books so I'm just guessing here, but I thought it was the cup that was poisoned? It fell to the ground and Sansa picked it back up. Something is fishy with the Grandmother and the Fool guy who wanted Sansa to wear that necklace. Can't quite connect all the pieces yet. I suspected it was coming at his wedding because the parallel between this (The Purple Wedding) and The Red Wedding were just perfect storytelling devices. Great show.

AAAAH I have been waiting for this to happen! Haven't read the books but you're saying that Margery isn't going to be queen? I really want the Tyrell's to take over.

I gotta add I was so excited and yelling at the tv over his death and then when stupid Cersei cries out "My son!", that made me think of my boy and made me sad.

I don't think Margery gets to be queen. They never (assumedly) consummated the marriage so there isn't even a possibility of her being pregnant. I think Tywin will take over as King? That would make sense to me.

I got sad when Cersei was sobbing, too.

Isn't Tommen a little young? Maybe that doesn't matter in Westeros. It made sense that Tywin would step up bc he is the Hand, but let's face it - he is going to rule through whomever is put on the throne if they are from his family. I always forget the "Baratheon" part bc I just consider them all Lannisters!

I tried to read the books but couldn't get over his writing style - it is so dense! I couldn't deal with all the overly descriptive paragraphs about eel pie and studded jerkins. My husband read them all and loved them. it's just not my style of writing but I do love the stories!

This! I was just thinking this today.. and why would she automatically blame Tyrion if not to frame him. She is the one that had the fool give a necklace to Sansa so that they will all look like they are in cahoots to kill the king.

And she gave orders to give all the leftovers to the dogs and said ' your queen says it'

I'm calling it. It's stupid Terminator bitch behind this one.

Hmmm I only read the first book and watched first season. I didn't like where the books were headed, but may have to continue reading. Really want to watch the other seasons, just haven't gotten to it. Now feel I must.
