9DPO w/brown spotting/discharge. Hoping for a + test!

Hi there! This is my first post to the discussion board, so please excuse that I don't use many abbreviations. My husband and I have been TTC since July. As of today I am 9DPO and should see AF on the 23rd. This morning, I wiped and there was brown discharge/spotting. I had a little last Monday (which I think was too early to be implantation bleeding), but I am wondering if that is what it could be today. I have also had extremely tender breast and nipples for almost a week. Tender breast are normal for me the week prior to AF, but this started two weeks prior. Anyways, I am just looking for some insight and see if anyone else has experienced this. I hate to get my hopes up too much, but it is hard not to.

    It could be implantation bleeding. Or it might not. One time I had brown spotting and I ended up KU. Several other times I had brown sporting and I wasn't KU.

    My point is that we can't tell you anything that will help you.

    Edited to take out my suggestion to take a test. It is probably way too early and I don't want to see a "neg test but I just FEEL pregnant" post tomorrow.

    Married 9-1-12 (On Depo until 4-12)        Me- 33, DH- 36
    NTNP starting 9-12, Actively TTC since 9-13
    My DX- Hypothyroidism.  Prescribed Synthroid
    DH's DX- Severe MFI- first SA results: 1.3 mill (1.2 mill motile), 21.6% motility, 2% morphology
    Blood test revealed low testosterone so DH was prescribed Clomid.  Repeat blood test and SA in November.

    So your boobs started hurting before you even ovulated and you think it means you might be pregnant? Really?
    All of this.  Andplusalso, if her AF is due the 23, I'm guessing she is not temping and actually has no idea when she ovulated.  Being as the 23rd would put her at like 18 dpo.  That is one hell of a LP.

    Oh and OP.  Just no.

    I will say, this type of entertainment is something I really did miss when I was on my bump break. I just can't fathom being that clueless about my body (although, I probably was that clueless about a year ago).

    Our experiences have nothing to do with yours. In my case abnormal brown spotting for me happened in my ectopic pregnancy. In other women it was just spotting. In some it was a normal pregnancy. No one can tell you what it means.

    Me (30) DH (31) Married 5/13, TTC since 2/13

    I had no spotting with my 1st pregnancy, just light cramps that felt like I could have gotten af at any moment.
    So like the others have said, we can not tell you if you are pregnant.
    Please read the newbie blog, there is a TON of info on there.

    As soon as I read the title I knew this wasn't going to go over very well for you.

    Ok. Thank you to those of you who were nice in your response. I think my post was misunderstood , but I am not wasting my time trying to explain. And to those of you who were completely rude..shame on you. I thought this was a place for woman who were TTC or who are already pregnant to feel safe and feel better about their situations. I was simply looking for someone I could relate to. I wasn't looking for anyone to tell me I was pregnant.  With all that being said, I will never be posting on a message board again.

    We had pieces left over after we put together DD's ceiling fan.  And it didn't come from the box either - it was a floor model. 3 1/2 years later and it still works and {knock wood} hasn't fallen out of the ceiling. Leftover pieces are just 'extras'... right?
