I am thinking of what to serve at DD's 2nd birthday party. I am considering getting either sandwich trays or trays of sandwich fixings to make your own. If I go this way I thought I'd also make up some kid friendly sandwiches like pb&j. What other sandwiches are kid friendly (ages 2-5 will be there). My kids love sandwiches of any sort but I'm thinking that's not the norm....

Mine will do grilled cheese. They like turkey and pepperjack too. We are a peanut free house, so no pbj anymore. DS1 would be in the hospital, but my nieces used to like pb and marshmallow cream for fun (ew!)

Mine will not touch deli meats- never has. She just won't. She will eat a PB sandwich, but no jelly. And she'll do grilled cheese.

On them they typically put:
meat (usually what is leftover: steak, chicken, roast beef, ham)
lettuce
Cheese
Spiros sauce (amazing greek sauce, made by a gentleman in my hometown)
On whole grain, or multigrain tortillas.
They aren't big on bread, and neither am I.
