Too late for birth announcements?

My DD was born March 10. My neighbor did her newborn pictures a few weeks ago and she just finished editing them. I want to include a few of them on the announcement but is it too late to send them out now??

DD was born March 11th and we're sending them out soonish. We had to wait on the photos from the photographer, which took almost a month to get. I say do it. People won't care if they're late.

We sent ours out at 5 weeks. I figure no ones really going to care when they get them, they're mostly just a formality anyway

My lo was born feb 19th and I'm still waiting on our pics so I haven't even ordered birth announcements yet!! I really want to but now he is almost 8 weeks old so idk!! I def don't think it's too late for you to send them tho!!

Mine was born March 2nd and I'm expecting my announcements to come in (to me) this week. And then I guess I'll send them out the following week or whenever I get a chance to address them!

the boys were born 2/24. i should be getting the announcements Wednesday. They will be sent and arrive by the time they are 2 months... so totally do it!

Great, thanks for your responses ladies!! I didn't think anyone would mind getting them late but I also didn't want it to be silly since clearly everyone knows she was born by now.

The twins are 8 weeks old. We finally created them and got them in, now we're struggling to get them addressed and sent out. Just not enough hours in the day, but we will send them eventually!

I think people expect them to take a little while, what with pics, ordering, recovering from giving birth. So I'd totally send them. (Of course I still haven't sent out my thank yous from my late January baby shower so I may not be the best advice giver on that topic.)
