Does anyone know of a good prenatal fitness class in St Paul (preferably somewhere near St Anthony Park) that ISN'T a yoga class? I've tried a few yoga classes, but they don't really focus on what I want, which is cardio, strength, and pregnancy safe abs/core work. Every time I try a yoga class it seems like we just lie around breathing, or hold poses. I'm not knocking yoga, I'd just like something a bit less static and I have no idea what is safe to do during 2nd/3rd tri, so a class would be good.
Never heard of a pre-natal fitness class-- pretty sure you can do anything cardio or strength training that you were already doing prior to pregnancy, just don't start anything new!
