"Isla Evelyn" or "Lucy Evelyn"

Our baby girl is expected to arrive in two weeks. We have picked out two names, Isla and Lucy, that we like. Her middle name is going to be Evelyn after my grandmother. Which do you prefer?

Both names are beautiful but I think Lucy Evelyn flows better.

I always have to think about how to pronounce Isla, which bugs me. And Lucy is pretty much my favorite girl name ever. So I vote for Lucy.

I prefer Lucy Evelyn. While I obviously think Isla is gorgeous I don't like the flow with Evelyn.

I will also say Isla is a little hard to wear. So, many people say it is popular and trending so much, but whenever I introduce her I always get the "I've never heard that before" comment.

I'm actually hoping we run into another baby Isla in real life.

I LOVE Isla. Not a huge fan of Lucy. I do, however, think that Lucy flows better with Evelyn than Isla does.

I love the name Lucy with Evelyn. Evelyn is actually my & my husbands first choice for a girls name. Evie for short. Great choice. Congrats!!!

I love Isla. I have an Isla. DS2 would have been Evelyn if he was a girl so I love that one too. Lucy seems like it should be short for something, but I don't love Lucille.
