Well I went for the first u/s I'm about 7 wks. Turns out it's Twins! This is such a big shock after my first beta of 14.
There also appeared to be a third sac but it looked empty. So I go back next Friday.

IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
