Who finds it uncomfortable when people post pictures of their kids injuries on Facebook? Like I'm talking about ones that are like aged 4-5 and under. I just saw my SIL post on Facebook about how her daughter stepped on glass and ended up with two stitches on the bottom of her foot. She stepped on glass b/c her brother broke a florescent tube in their basement and didn't tell anybody. Although how a 5 year old got a hold of the light is a different situation.

I share injuries with you ladies b/c you understand that things happen and sometimes you need to talk about your feelings on it. But I would never post something on Facebook that looks like if I had paid better attention to my child they wouldn't be injured. I dunno, my hubby doesn't get it, but he's a guy and "battle scars" are cool..

I don't get it either. Not too many of my FB friend do this, thankfully. There was one girl whose son got kicked in the face by one of their horses.....it wasn't pretty. Very thankfully, he was fine! I understand that accidents happen, of course, but I'm not sure why EVERYTHING gets shared on FB to begin with :-/

Agreed! But, I'm very particular about FB posts. I have the same feelings about adult injuries or illness/ child rash pics. Some things just don't need to be shared with your middle school boyfriend.
