Fenugreek

Hi- I am new to BF and DS is 1 week. I had purchased Fenugreek while pregnant as I heard it may help boost my supply. I have not taken yet nor do I know if I have a supply issue. Any problem with taking even though I may not have a supply issue? Just to be safe:-) thanks for your input!

    Thanks ladies for your input!! I kind of figured it wasn't wise to take it without knowing if there was an issue, so thanks for the confirmation. I have another weigh in this week with the little man but a support group is also a great idea. Thanks!

    Do you have any thyroid issues? If you do, fenugreek can cause reduced supply, so in that case, I would avoid.
