Easter egg hunt

I'd like to scatter some plastic eggs for DD to find but I can't really think of anything to put in them. I'm sure the egg itself is pretty exciting but I think it would be fun to put something inside. Any ideas?

Also, how many LOs are going on Easter egg hunts this year? There is one near us where 3 and under go separately so I think we'll try that one.

Raisins, cheddar bunnies, bunny Graham's, goldfish, etc. We are going to do this too. I don't know if we will have an Easter egg hunt to go to, but the grandparents will be visiting that weekend, so they will get a kick out of it even if we do it in our yard.

This is a great question. We want to do one for dd but I have no idea what to put inside either. We are also planning to go to one in the area but its on a small petting farm and they'll be other things going on there too.

my daughter would probably LOVE a piece of kleenex or a cracker or Cheerios in her eggs. a bit worried that she'd decide to hide the Cherrios more than she already does though...
