I have to start by saying that I have really thin, fine curly hair, so I do stuff differently then others probably. I shampoo and condition daily, wrap it in a towel to dry, then when it's still slightly damp I put mousse in it. Then I flip my head upside-down and do a few squirts of hairspray. Flip it back up and a few more squirts of hairspray. I use frizz ease moisture barrier hairspray and herbal essence totally twisted curl-boosting mousse.
When I'm working I use a diffuser with curling mousse. However on mat leave all I'm doing is flipping over, scrunching with a curl spray, and letting it air dry.
I've had curly hair forever and used to get it chemically straightened (like a perm but it's straight instead of curly). now I just flat iron it every day, partially because I can't find products that I like and because it's just easier to wear straight. my hair gets frizzy when it's curly and I could never find something to keep it looking moisturized and tamed.
I'm very low maintenance... If it takes more than 5 minutes, I don't do it. My typical is wash and condition 6 days/week, spray gel or mousse, scrunch, air dry. Straightening and blowdrying take too long... I don't have the patience. It ends up half assed and in a ponytail anyways! Summer, I typically wear a ponytail. Because I have not found anything that fights humidity well enough for me.

I wash and condition daily since my hair is fine and gets greasy looking if i don't. Then I add curl creme scrunch and go. It gives me a Slightly messy wavy look.
For work, I prefer a sleeker style. I round brush dry it and put it in a loose bun. As I walk into work I pull out the bun and shake loose.
I use very few products. They make me itch!
I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!
@adinashoshana yes! my hair definitely starts to get used to whatever product I'm using and it doesn't work as well. I'm currently using L'Oreal Sculpt and Hold Curl Gel (or something like that) but it doesn't seem to work well anymore.
For those of you who mentioned products, which are your favorites?
