  Not that I want a pity party or anything but this really is my only outlet for venting. I cant tell you enough how grateful I am to have you all to lean on. You understand completely how difficult IF is. I'm trying to remain positive and hopeful for the next cycle. But these CPs/losses take a toll on me. I usually go into an emotional tail spin and just say F it all. And this happens every time... its so hard for me to bounce back and do back to back cycles (hence why Ive only had 4 transfers in 3yrs). I would just rather spend my money, time, and energy enjoying life rather than stressing. But its a catch 22, because at the end of the day when all the fun is had, and all the vacations are over, Im still without my LO. Im still waiting to feel that first flutter of babys kick, still waiting to show off my well practiced pregnancy waddle, and participate in HDBD social media picture updates. I just want to know why... why me? why cant my body just do what its supposed to do? This shit is just too much some days. But on a lighter note, Im happy to not have a hangover this morning. I did my best impression of a complete drunk last night as I drank a bottle and half of wine, and I enjoyed every bit shame free. (Hopefully Im not offending anyone who has suffered alcoholism, thats not my intention). But yea this was me!!

  @jaztaz1 - I can relate 100% to your feelings.  I could have written your post myself.  I wish I could drown myself in comfort foods but this diet is even taking that away from me.

  My RE recommended gluten free/ dairy free until we see a heartbeat.  At this rate, it may never happen.  I'm giving it a try for now but I'm not sure I will be able to manage if we get another BFN with the next transfer.  For now, I'm on BCPs waiting for the results of my endometrial biopsy.  They should be in next Friday.  If all is clear, we start for prep for another transfer.  If it is not clear, I will have to be on antibiotics and do another biopsy but I'm not sure how long until another transfer if that is the case.

  Huge hugs to everyone- IF really and truly does suck   Some days there doesn't seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel no matter how much you try to see the positive in things.  I hate to say it, but the fear and pain surrounding IF is something that I think we will carry with us forever, whether we finally make it to the other side or not.  When I got my BFP last summer, I had fear of course, but I also still had a lot of excitement.  After losing our baby to a 2nd trimester loss, and having to go through a new IVF cycle I am feeling pretty wrecked.  Even though I got a bfp, I just feel myself waiting for the other shoe to drop!  Already!  IF steals so much of the excitement out of things.
  
  I hope so much that those of you in the 2ww get your good news soon, and that you are able to enjoy it a little bit at a time, if not all at once.  And for those who have gotten BFN's-know that I am cursing IF right along with you.

  4 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone +TI cycles= all BFN
  Lap in 2012 to remove large unresolving cyst discovered endo and double lobed ovary.
   6 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone IUI cycles= All BFN,
  1st IVF w/ICSI- June '13 Antagonist: Gonal-F, Menopur, Ganirelix, HcG, Estradiol, Crinone= 7 retrieved, 4 mature, 1 unfertilized, 2 abnormally fertilized, 1 normally fertilized.  2DT of only embryo and our miracle BFP.
  Our beloved baby boy was born sleeping Oct. 13, 2013 due to pROM/IC/Uterine infection.
  2nd IVF w/ICSI- Feb. '14 EPP/lupron/antagonist: Estrace, lupron, HGH, Gonal-F, Menopur, HcG, PIO, lovenox, doxy/dex.=21 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized!!  5dt of 1 blast/ 6 frozen.   Beta is tomorrow but yesterday's and todays tests are BFN.
  
  Devestated isn't even the word. I really thought this was it. But I have thought that almost every month for the past 2 and half years. I'm hoping I can at least come out of this one with some answers.

  Hey jaztaz, I'm glad you avoided a hangover. I had a couple glasses of wine last night, but am reserving my heavy drinking for this weekend. I get to spend Saturday at a party celebrating my husband's cousin finally marrying his drug addict girlfriend that he knocked up a few months into the relationship. I managed to avoid the baby shower and had other plans the weekend of the baptism, but I'm afraid I have no excuse to get out of this one. I'm hoping the now wife & mother has tackled her demons and gotten herself together and I wish them all the best of luck and a happy future together... But the unfairness of it all is still a little hard to take. How can it be so easy for people so unprepared, yet be so difficult for those of us who are ready and eager to be parents? I don't want to be bitter... But I am afraid at this moment, I am a bit.

  Dx: Officially Unexplained (I have Polycystic Ovaries diagnosed via ultrasound, but few classic PCOS symptoms, he has mild MF issues. So... not issue free, but nothing so severe as to explain IF)

  I also deal with post-surgical Hypothyroidism following Thyroid Cancer in 2009, but under control with Levothyroxine

  4 months Clomid (thinned lining) and 10 months Letrozole (every indication that I responded perfectly)

  6 failed IUIs in 2013, 3 with trigger

  IVF #1 in March 2014

  ER 3/21/14, 31R/21F, 12 frosties!

  ET 3/26/14, 1 perfect blast transferred: BFN

  FET#1 5/28/14, 2 "beautiful" early blasts transferred. BFP!!

  Beta #1 (6/11/14) 798; Beta #2 (6/18/14) 7,966.

  1st u/s (6/25/14) showed 2 sacs, 1 empty & 1 with a beautiful little bean doing what it needs to do!

  EDD 2/14/15, missed miscarriage, DX: Trisomy 21. D&C 8/1/14

  FET#2 Transferred 3 embies, 2 looking pretty good, one not so much. BFN.

  Yes, that is so unfair @Spring78 I hope you manage to still find some enjoyment (even if it is just the heavy drinking).
  
  I just got the invitation (via FB, so it is more casual) for a close friend's baby shower for her second pregnancy in two years. She has a son and is expecting a daughter. I was so sure I would be pregnant before her second that I don't really think I can go to the shower, it'll be too painful but I feel like a jerk for considering skipping it.
