Hello Everyone,

Hubby and I are super excited to find out if our first baby is a boy or a girl next week…For fun, we'd love to see what you guys thought….from the sonogram profile picture if you think it looks like a baby boy or girl….:)

Honestly I don't want to see a picture of her kid's junk anyway. Why plaster it all over the internet? It wouldn't be appropriate if the kid was out of the uterus, how does it being inside make it any more okay?

Wow….thank you for the one or two nice ladies on here who gave it a fun guess. I had no idea how that there would be so many RUDE people on The Bump message boards. That's kind of sad. I said to take a guess from the side profile picture, (the face) not genetalia. Some babies look like a girl or a boy from their pic. Sometimes its hard to tell. It was all in good fun. Good lord. Guess no one was ever excited to be a new momma on here. Oh well.

Sorry to disagree. At this point in the game, all babies look like babies. There is no way a baby's face, especially a 2d flat B&W image looks more boy or girl like. Heck, i couldn't even guess if most newborns are boys or girls, facially.

Yup, I'm excited for my baby. Not some random internet stranger's baby. Would you seriously walk into a random public place and expect everyone to be all excited about your baby and you waving your US picture around?

OH WOW! With my DD we could tell right away that she was a girl at the very first glace at her US pic. We're team green this time so she had the tech put big black X's over the baby's face shots so as not to spoil the surprise for us this time around.

FTR when strangers walk up to you after your baby is born, look at the actual baby and say things like, "oh how cute. Is it a boy or a girl?" Its safe to say that it is pretty damn hard to tell if its a boy or a girl just from the face in a crappy ultra sound pic.

TB: *makes silly and funny guesses because the OP couldn't freaking take 5 minutes of their time to use the "Search" feature to see if this is even acceptable behavior on a public forum*
OP: *has a bitch attack because they feel all of the women are "Meanie DoodieHeads"*

I can't get over how mean these responses are!!! Girls get off your high horse and have a little fun!!! She just wanted a guess Instead she gets snide comments. You all sound like bitter old ladies. I've never seen an ultrasound where the baby didn't look like some sort of alien skeletor.

And all newborns look like little old men to me.
