So sad!

Long story short, I've had a rough three years and am finally feeling like things are falling into place. I just found out that someone whom I've grown to be super close to and was someone I could call a true friend (something I haven't had in awhile) is moving to MT as soon as their house sells. I'm happy for them because it's great for her dh but I feel like I'm going to have to start over. I just want to cry!

    That sucks. Why montana? I couldn't live there. Then again you already live in the frozen tundra so I bet they are used to it.

    I'm sorry. It took me five years to really adjust and enjoy living where I did up North. I had started making great friendships. Of course that is when we moved. I don't doubt that it will take me at least half that long here to feel the same again.

    Thanks guys! Her husband works for the railroad and he accepted a new position. Her sister lives out there so they are excited but sad too. It's just hard because we were finally getting close and now she's leaving. It's hard to make close friends as an adult in a small town. Her parents still live here so hopefully we'll get together when she visits.
