  Love both - Grace is DD's middle name and this baby would've been a Caroline except for a last minute veto from DH. I'm still pulling for it. Great names!

  Grace sounds nice with Elizabeth. I picked Caroline because I think it sounds better alone than just Grace.

  I think Grace flows better with Elizabeth, but I have always loved the name Caroline, and its not as popular as Grace.  So my vote is for Caroline as well.
