Cradle Cap???

I think DD (3 yrs) has cradle cap after looking at images online, is that possible? My stupid phone won't let me post pics and my work is blocking me from signing in, so no photos.
She's gets a bath or shower at least every other day and we use sauve kids. Not sure how long she's had it, she doesn't like me putting her hair up just brushing it a bit after her bath.
Anyone have a good remedy to get rid of it? What worked on your LO?
