UPDATE and question about measuring behind at first sono....

First thank you all so very much who sent positive vibes and prayers for me yesterday. It seriously means the world to me.
No for an update... I am not sure how to feel/react. We found a gestational sac measuring at 5weeks 4 days at our sono, by my tracking we were supposed to be 7 weeks 5 days. Dr said she thought what we showed looked good and that my dates could just be off. She ran betas and they were in line with my dating on the sono. But I seriously can not see how it's possible to be that far off.... I am not hopeful at all and I am just preparing for the worst? Anyone think this is at all possible?
She is doing a follow up ultrasound on Monday to check for growth.

BFP#1: 2/2/13 ~ exact m/c date unknown but around 3/20 at 10 weeks ~ diagnosed with PMP ~ D&C on 4/5 ~ TTA for at least 1 year due to PMP ~ cleared to TTC 1/14
BFP#2: 2/7/14 ~ m/c 2/20/14 ~ possibly due to chemical pregnancy ~ TG no D&C is needed
Surprise BFP#3: 4/4/14 ~ super duper extra happy (and nervous) about this one - EDD 12/9/14!!!
John Joseph was born on 12/12/14 at 7 lbs. 11 oz. He is the most beautiful rainbow baby we could have wished for!

I'm going through the same thing. I was not temping but know we didn't have sex after march 5th and when I went in for u/s on Monday the baby was measuring six weeks behind. I should've been 6 wks, 5 day but measured 5 weeks, 6 days. Now I'm left waiting two weeks for a repeat u/s which I'm anticipating the worst for... Nothing else to do but wait.. Or fake a bleed and request an earlier appt? Desperate times call for desperate measures! I hope the best for you!!! Please keep us posted!
