* The weather has been gorgeous this week - it's in the 70s, which feels amazing.
* The dwarf lemon tree I'm growing in the kitchen window is blossoming and it smells amazing!
* Our kitchen remodel is coming along, and we should have a sink again soon.
* I am closer to picking paint colors for the nursery.
* My good friend offered to host a shower for me, and she's already planning (it won't be until July)
* DH bought donuts from a fun shop across town. A rare treat for us.

- I got my *i think* final hcg draw results yesterday: 4,055 at 4w 5d which is up from 1,873 at 4w 3d!
- This pregnancy is making me more social. We're going to do a community clean up project on Saturday and on Sunday we're hanging out with friends in the evening. I think I just want to stay a little busy (between naps) to help pass the time.

MIL is halfway through her radiation treatment and settling into her new condo (she lived with us for the past 8 months through chemo). It is going really well. It's been a struggle to get her to all the treatments, but I have felt good enough to take her to quite a few and it has helped with the overall strain. So grateful coming to a close and it's falling into place. Well, maybe not falling... We are squishing it into place. It's in place. That's all that matters
I am having pudding for lunch.
- 1 week until we leave for vacation! DH & I are going to VA Beach to spend a week with our best friends.
- Tomorrow we are sharing "the news" with our parents
- We heard the HB again yesterday & Sprout is growing perfectly (2 days ahead of schedule)
- The sun is shining & it's in the 50's-60's

-it's a beautiful day in NY!
-I get to spend it w my son who is the most fun these days at 18months!
-after over a year of being a stay at home mom.. And having just gone back to work, I just got my first paycheck! Party time!!!!
Also, I tried Rita's for the first time. I'm glad it was this late or I would have doubled my weight gain this pregnancy.

It's Friday, and it's 60+ degrees in Chiberia (the affectionate/bitchy nickname we Chicagoans have given our city after the coldest winter on record);
DS's birthday celebrations begin next weekend with his birthday party, followed 6 days later by his birthday (thought we'd do an early party JUST IN CASE);
My boobs are looking fabulous today;
I have my last ultrasound on Monday, and it will be the first time I've seen DD since my 20 week u/s;
Did I mention it's over 60 degrees out?!?!?

I took the day off today so it is a 3 day weekend for me, we get next Friday off already as a holiday so that is 2 3-day weekends in a row!
Weather here is awesome. High tomorrow is 79 and sunny.
One of my best friends who I met on TTCAL when I was originally there 4 years ago called me yesterday to tell me she was buying me a very nice baby carrier as a birthday/baby present. She is so amazing and so thoughtful and incredibly generous (it is a really pricey carrier), it really just blew me away.

John Joseph was born on 12/12/14 at 7 lbs. 11 oz. He is the most beautiful rainbow baby we could have wished for!
