Post-Partum Period Question

I realize most of you have had a PP for awhile now, but I still have not gotten mine, because I'm nursing pretty much the same amount as always.  Anyway, this past week I have had a a stomachache off and on (today it feels more like cramps) and had a headache every day, which is very unusual for me.  Does anyone remember if they felt ill or had similar symptoms before they got their period again?  Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just trying to figure out why I'm feeling this way.

    I haven't gotten mine back yet, but have you talked to your ObGyn about it returning? Regardless of nursing, you might want to check in with them about it.

    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
