Anyone have a creative idea?

So I'll be (hopefully) finding out baby's gender next Thursday. I want to tell DH in a cute way, but he's color blind, so pink or blue clues will go over his head. I have been trying to think of ideas, like buying a gift for the baby and wrapping it and giving it to DH to open..but idk I'd appreciate any great ideas anybody has if you would like to share :)

You could also write out the puppy dog tails or sugar and spice poem in a card... Good luck!

    You could have your DS wear a shirt that says "I'm going to have a baby sister/brother". 

    You could bake him a cake & decorate it will boy/girl stuff. Baseballs vs dolls, you know what I mean? Or write on it "it's a boy/girl" or "here we go again" if it's a boy. Daddy's little girl is coming soon, something like that. 

    Have your DS just scream "IT'S A ______" & have a little party with the three of you.

    Bowties vs Bows is always cute (but I love both of babies so I'm biased). You could make it into a card, have him open a box with one or the other (though I suggest getting a lacy or flowery bow to make it really obvious if you do this), etc.

    @AmandaR204 How are you finding out the gender without your DH? Just curious because I'm going to an elective US without my DH, but I'm having them write it down so we can find out together later that night.

    My DH couldn't make it to the appointment where I found out the results of my MaterniT21. I was going to have the doc write down the sex and seal in an envelop, but I knew it would be so difficult to wait. Instead I had him tell me and after the appt, I went to Target and picked up boy onesies. I wrapped them and our DD opened the package when he got home from work.

    Oww decorate your inside entry way with baby boy decorations! "It's a boy" etc. So when he walks in he sees it and it's like a surprise! I would even rig balloons to fall when he comes in the door (saran wrap taped to door filled with balloons).
