Sized bum genius pockets

Hey ladies! Part of my second hand freebie stash is sized bum genius pockets...we have smalls and mediums - all with Velcro closures. Curious on anyone's experience with these?

    What do you want to know?

    They are actually AIOs with a pocket and you only have to add absorbency if you need it. If the Velcro is bad you can buy replacement kits and replace it.

    I didn't realize they are AIOs honestly I thought you had to have them stuffed! So it should be ok to use for newborns without the insert?

    Also had no clue I could replace the Velcro as some are more worn out!

    Was wondering if ppl liked them in terms of fit and absorbency
