Molar Question

My sons molars have been coming in for a while. Only half of them are through and they have been like this for over a week now. How long does it take for them to be all the way in?

    I am totally not looking forwards to more molars coming in. DS is usually teething for a month each time, and he gets all 4 of the set at a time (we are working on I teeth now, fun times).
