Best OBGYN offices and Dr in Flower Mound area

Hi!
I need recommendations for the OBGYn Dr. (female preferred) and practices in the Flower Mound area if possible, since my current Dr. is close to this area I would like to keep having somebody close.
I'm fairly new in the area, I'm curently with Obstretics & Gynecology Associates in the Flower Mound area, although the Dr I'm seing I believe is an awesome Dr., but I'm kind of disappointed of the facilities and dealing with the patient administration, I'm currently pregnant and I need a practice office to be flexible and that I can be able to reach easily without dealing with constant miscommunications, voice machines to request crucial app, etc. Right now I'm trying to get an app for confirmation of pregnancy, I got pregnant last winter but unfortunately I lost the baby and last time with this practice office getting my confirmation app was easy but this time, the receptionist sent me to a voice mail to leave a message to request and app!! really!? Maybe I'm spoiled but is the first time I have experience this!, Is this tis normal? I use to live in SA and I loved my OBGYN there, they where awesome and specially when you where pregnant they always provide priority to the pregnancies, so far here, is giving me the impression that they don't care! So I'm in panic is this is how it is going to be during my whole pregnancy!?. They just call me leaving a message they couldn't figure out who was calling and assuming I was a new patient and to call them back! Is very frustrating!, besides the last mention I had had other issues with the staff before, so all my experience together is giving me second thoughts about continue my business with this practice, so I need to have a plan B in case I need to switch practices during my pregnancy, I will appreciate any recommendations for OBGYN Dr and practices in the area.
