Baby feeding and diapering chart

Does anyone have a sample of one that they created?  I want to make a few and laminate them to keep track of the baby's feeding and diaper shchedule.  Or is there a website that you can direct me to where I can download one?

    probably ask this question on 0-3 since we havent had our babies yet!

    When I worked in daycare, we used one like this (minus the breastfeeding part).

    I got a little booklet at the hospital whenever DS was born and towards the back, like the last 5 pages were feeding and diapering charts. So maybe you'll get lucky and have one provided for you.

    A couple of my friends who have had babies already are using apps on their phones. The apps are also online so they can see the "bigger picture".
