Im 6 weeks pregnant and had my uS today and tech she only saw a
Sac.. Had this happen to any of you and still has successful pregnancy??

    I had a blighted ovum but don't remember how many weeks I was.  I think 6 weeks may be borderline early especially if you are slightly off on your dates.  Being a few days off could mean a lot in regards to seeing something.   Are they going to recheck you in a week?  Best of luck to you.

    I don't have anything to add to the previous posts, but wanted to wish you good luck!
    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I cant remember how far a long I was with our daughter (she is 11 years old now) but I had some bleeding (hindsight I now know it was due to attachment)  so they did an internal but saw nothing.   Everything was fine. 
    6 weeks does seem early.   Take some deep breaths and think good thoughts. :) *sending you cyber hugs*

    With my last pregnancy, I was supposed to be 7 weeks and change, but was only measuring 5 weeks 4 days, and there was a sac (but nothing else). I knew when I got my positive HPT, and figured something was amiss. I ended up having a blighted ovum.

    I'm no expert on this stuff, but I think 6 weeks could still be considered borderline (especially if you ovulated late). I would not give up hope yet. 

    Waiting for the next ultrasound is torture, but I will be thinking good thoughts for yoU!!!!

    Me: 42, DH: 40; Surprise BFP 4/27/2011; no heartbeat at 9w3d, we miss you, Baby Manatee; D&C 6/1/2011; AF returned 6/26/2011; Ready to try for our take-home baby. 7/24/2011--BFP! Peanut born March 2012; BFP: 7/31/2013!; blighted ovum at 7 weeks 8/26/2013. Holy Cannoli! BFP 2/23/2014. EDD 11/6/2014!
