As in, no shampooing.
Anyone into this?
I used to be an everyday 'pooer, but then recently switched to every other. (I conditioner only wash on the no 'poo day). Yesterday was supposed to be a 'poo day, but I forgot and conditioner washed. My hair looked awesome and a got a bunch of compliments from co-workers. I am thinking maybe I can go even longer than every two days? Maybe?
Anyone else trying not to 'poo so much?

Re: The "no 'poo" method
Yeah-- that's a little too crunchy for me, but still very interesting. I think if I were going to try that - I would need 2 weeks off of work.

I do still get my hair wet and put a little bit of conditioner on the ends.

That's what I would think too-- my hair is pretty fine. I just use a small amount on the ends.

I may have made that up. I don't actually know if "conditioner washing" is a thing-- I was trying to think of a way to describe what I do to my hair.

I can't get the ticker to work, but I have two sons:

It works really well for me, but I have really curly hair. I'm not sure it would work for everyone.

My hair is so much healthier now that I don't shampoo as often. If I shampoo too much my head and back itch like crazy!
