NPR: I'm seeing an ENT today for some sinus issues I've been having for years. Kind of excited to see if something can be done about waking up with a (TMI warning) ridiculous amount of drainage every morning.

I have my routine check up today. Usually quick and boring, but they said I can schedule my C-section this time. Woooo Hooooo!!!
I know baby can come any time, but I can't believe I will definitely know the last possible day I will be pregnant and LO's possible birthday.

I will definitely update when I get baby's eviction date.

ps- With a June 1 EDD, I know I will have a May baby, but I like this board better so here I will stay

Update: the lady who does the surgical schedule won't be in until tomorrow morning, but the 2 tentative dates are 5/23 or 5/27. They have to work around Memorial Day weekend. I will know the date for sure by Friday!

Just had our regular check up with the midwife. Uterus is measuring small after keeping with the normal curve for the last 30 weeks so we got bumped to weekly appointments. She's not super concerned as I am still gaining weight steadily, baby is having normal movements, etc. She did say baby appears to be at a 0 station already so just doesn't need the room up top and the uterus is slowing down growth because of it. Hopefully she will be happy with my growth next week or we go in for an ultrasound to check it out in there.

Routine check up today and they set me up with appointments until the very end! Ahhhh! All was well with the appointment as usual. I gained a lot of weight in the past 2 weeks (not a suprise- my diet has been terrible!) and the doc was like "I know it's summer but cut back on the fruit" like I was actually eating too much fruit instead of Reese's PB cups.

Next appointment in 2 weeks and I get to look forward to the GBS test - ohhhhh yayyy!

@Kinipela7- My diet has been bad over the last few weeks. As of Monday, I'm back on the wagon.

I had my routine biweekly today. The princess decided she wanted to be as close as possible to mommy today, so the MW couldn't get a good feel of her position. Luckily, it seems like her head is still down. My ferocious appetite has taken me from measuring 2 cm small to right on track. All is well in my world!

Had my 1hr glucose screening. I actually didnt mind the taste! I've heard such horror stories, maybe my expectations were just really low. Baby is measuring exact 28.5 weeks as I am at. And I was horrified/impressed that I've gained 30lbs so far. Oh well. : )

UPDATE: Passed the glucose test. But apparently I'm anemic.

The nurse was like, "Are you feeling tired and run down?"

Me: "Umm...no more than usual..."

Off to buy iron supplements.

Had an ultrasound earlier today and everything looked great, my placenta moved up which was a huge relief and baby boy now weighs about 3 lb, 2 oz and is head down, although I know that could still change.

Well the ENT agrees that I am super congested. Getting allergy testing and a CT scan after the baby is born. Having a small camera up your nose is a super weird feeling! On the plus side, whatever nasal spray he gave me so he could look up my nose has me breathing better than I have in months.

Had my routine 28 week appoint with the nurse practitioner. Will start kick counts now. Got shot in the butt with Rhogam (that shot is a real stinger)! I'm measuring on track, weight is on track and the little guys heartrate is in range. Baby actually gave the NP a startlingly strong kick when she was looking for the heartbeat with the Doppler. Surprised both of us, and she said it has been awhile since she has had been kicked that hard by a fetus. I was oddly proud of him.

Late update ...

Blood pressure is still high but LO is growing and moves A LOT! The constant BH for the past week have made my cervix soft. Will continue to go in each week for a growth u/s and check up until LO decides to come which my DR believes will be a couple weeks before my due date since my body is SO ready to have this kid.
