T&P - School Stabbing

If you have some spare prayers, positive thoughts, good vibes, whatever... please send them our way today.  This is my hometown and although not where I teach, it's where many of my younger cousins attend school.  Fortunately, everyone in my family is safe and at home, but not every family has been so lucky.  Please keep these kiddos in your thoughts today.

    That's horrible. I went through Columbine & know how terrifying something like that can be. You guys and all of the students & families are in my prayers.

    I live in the area too.  I've been following it on channel 4 now.  So crazy.  We really need more mental health and overall support for these kids these days.  I'm a youth leader and this breaks my heart to see.

    Definitely praying for this incident!  My best friend works in Pittsburgh with a lot of high school students, so I am waiting to hear from her and see if she or anyone she knew was there.

    Thanks ladies.  I can't imagine how terrifying it must've been.  My 10th grade cousin was in the hallway where it happened, saw her friends being injured.  It's just so senseless.

    It's definitely freaking me out a bit today, especially as a high school teacher.  You never think these things will hit so close to home... until they do.
