    Week/Fruit: 35 weeks/coconut (tomorrow)
Movement/Symptoms: This LO is moving ALL THE TIME. I thought they were supposed to run out of room. He/she is finding every space possible to wriggle, kick, jab, headbutt, etc. Symptoms include heartburn, RLS, peeing once every 30-45 minutes during the day, and I'm up a minimum of 3x at night.
Rants/Raves: Rant: RLS is the worst. Rave: My baby shower is on Sunday! My mom, inlaws, sister and brother in law, DH's grandma, and out of state friends will be here starting tomorrow! So excited to see everyone :)
Upcoming Appointments/Updates: April 17 for GBS screening and normal appointment.
GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? Hoping to labor at home as long as possible, go to hospital and be mobile. Also hoping for no pit, no epi, and no tearing....in a perfect world. For realz though, hoping to do this unmedicated, but I won't guilt myself if I need the epi.

  • Yes @Warmheartmom, would love to hear how you and your LO are doing! Thank you for faithfully running the check-in all these weeks. And @jcrewgirl85, thank you for stepping in!

Week/Fruit: 33 weeks, durian fruit (Whatever that is)
Movement/Symptoms: Tons of movement, really kind of painful at this point. Feels a lot like elbows and knees...the way I keep describing it to DH is that LO can't seem to get comfortable. Symptoms are peeing all the time, some pelvic pain/soreness, swelling in my feet here and there.
Rants/Raves: Rants: I have a huge test on Saturday and I just hate the studying process so much. I really need to buckle down these last couple days and for whatever reason, I am in major nesting mode so all I really want to do is baby stuff and cleaning my house. Raves: I have a dr. appt tomorrow so I get to leave work early and then I took Friday off, so I get a 3-day weekend and it starts a little earlier than it would have. Our weather is supposed to be awesome as well. Too bad I will be taking a test for 4 hours on Saturday, but at least I get some time off work.
Upcoming Appointments/Updates: I have a routine appt tomorrow afernoon.
GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? My hope is that I can have another vaginal delivery and to get an epidural that actually works this time. I just want a healthy baby and a smooth delivery. And ideally, I want him to come the week of his due date as well, as long as I'm at least 39 weeks but I really don't want to go past my due date.

  • Week/Fruit: Week 34, Butternut Squash
Movement/Symptoms: Lots of squirming and rolling. Definitely felt a foot come up into my ribs on my drive home yesterday.
Rants/Raves: Rant: Feeling really squished and almost claustrophobic from him pressing on my lungs. Rave: Shower was this weekend, and it was great!!
Upcoming Appointments/Updates: We tour the hospital on Friday, and next appt is Monday. Still hoping the dude keeps up the pace growth-wise.
GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? Not to freak out. I'd like to labor as much as I can naturally, but I'm not opposed to medical intervention if necessary. Basically, just go with the flow.

Movement/Symptoms: He moves pretty often.  Mostly what I see is what I think is his butt poking out my side and making me look all lopsided! :-p
Rants/Raves: It's my rant every week...but can tax season be over now?!  Also, I really need bad things to stop happening to me!  I lost all the data on my harddrive, had my debit card cloned and purchases made, had a rock hit my windshield, and was rear ended...all in less than a month!
Upcoming Appointments/Updates: I have an appt next Wed.
GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? I hope to labor at home as long as possible and to hold out on the meds as long as possible, but won't be afraid to take the epidural.  I also hope he comes the week he is due.

    *Week/Fruit*: 35 weeks/coconut

*Movement/Symptoms*: This LO is moving constantly. Symptoms include RLP, RLS, and being tired all the time.

*Rants/Raves*: Rant- Round ligament pain sucks the big one. Also, I have no motivation at work and wish I could go on leave now. ... Rave- My mom wants to pay for a prenatal massage and take me to lunch one weekend :-) Yes please!

*Upcoming Appointments/Updates*: GBS appt tomorrow. Just had an u/s yesterday to check size of baby b/c I was measuring ahead. Baby is normal size and I have a little extra fluid, so nothing to worry about. Also confirmed she is definitely a girl-DD2 is on her way!

*GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan?*
Hoping for a VBAC. I'm going to stay at home as long as possible this time to avoid much of the monitoring at the hospital. Really hoping I can get my unmedicated VBAC, but won't beat myself up if I end up with another c/s. I was devastated last time when I ended up with pitocin, an epi, and a c/s, but I've since coped with it all and will be ok this time just knowing I gave it my best effort. FX!

  • Week: 33/Durian fruit

Movement/symptoms: tons of movement, but I can't get comfy at all!

Rant/rave: Rant: I'm ready for this pregnancy to be over. The whole not being able to get comfy thing is killing me. Rave: we're looking at getting a new car! I never thought I'd be excited about potentially owning a mini van at 24....

Appointments: was originally scheduled for today, but had last minute work study, so rescheduled for next week unless they can get me in sooner.

GTKY: Plan is to go into labor on my own (praying for early), at home till my water breaks or it's totally unbearable, then head to the hospital for epi and delivery. Fx for a vbac!

  • Week/Fruit: 36 weeks, honeydew

Movement/Symptoms: Lots of movement. So fun to watch my belly move! Symptoms include leg cramps, having to go pee all of the time, carpal tunnel, and some others as well. Pretty much the whole list in What to Expect at this point... Also have been very emotional this week.

Rants/Raves: I really don't have many rants. Uncomfortable, but so glad we are almost there. Raves- so excited to have an ultrasound on Friday and only three weeks to go!

    Upcoming Appointments/Updates: Nothing until Friday

GTKY: I will be having a repeat c-section. I didn't have another option in my situation, but I am ok with that! Hopefully my recovery will go as smoothly as my last. Scheduled for May 1.

  • Week/Fruit: 35 weeks / Coconut

Movement/Symptoms: Having a really stiff back from an increase of BHs. She still moves around like crazy and never lets me rest =P

Rants/Raves: Though its for good reasons and sad reasons.. I have to sit in a car for 14 or so hours this weekend to travel up to WA state for a funeral. A rave of mine is that my GD is still doing great and my blood levels are staying low for the past few weeks!

Upcoming Appointments/Updates: Just had my weekly appointment today. Everything looks good. She is measuring one week ahead instead of two like she has been. We got to see her little face from the side today on the regular ultrasound and my husband said she has a big nose lol... honestly i think it was just shadows! Doctor checked me out and im not dilated yet soooo.. thats good!

GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? So far I haven't planned anything. If DH is at work my mom will take me, she lives 5 mins away.. the hospital is 30 minutes away. Then we will go with the flow. She is upside down and in the "ready" position so hopefully I will avoid any c-section though im not against having one if I need to! whatever I need to do to deliver her healthy and happy! Im getting pretty scared!

  • Week/Fruit: 34 weeks / butternut squash
Movement/Symptoms: Baby moves all the time.....but it is getting so that some of the movements actually hurt. Lots of contractions happening over here......lots of pain from sciatica and SPD, which we now call hip dysplasia! Soooooo tired from not sleeping through the night!

Rants/Raves: Tax season is almost over.....which means I can take maternity time! Hooray!

Upcoming Appointments/Updates: Appointment on Monday to check in  and ultrasound to measure baby!

GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan?  I'm planning an unmedicated vaginal birth.....unless they have to cut, then PLEASE give me the local! I'd also like to not be induced this time, even if it means going over.

@83edwards, just thought I would share just in case - I was cut and had no pain meds/local/nothing, and I honestly didn't feel it. The OB cut while I was pushing, so honestly I think I was so focused on that, I didn't notice that he had made the cut. Now, the stitching up afterwards....well, that's another story. I felt that. They ended up giving me a local for that part b/c I was jerking up off the bed from the pain.

Upcoming Appointments/Updates: Nothing exciting. Just normal appointments.
GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan? I plan to try without an epidural. With DD I was induced on my due date because DH had to go back to work and wouldn't be able to make it back. With all the Pitocin I caved and got the epidural. Not being induced this time though.

  • Jcrewgirl85 Thanks for stepping in to run this and have a great time at your shower!
sparklingdiamond Hoping this next month is much better for you!!!

    Week/Fruit:
    35 weeks, coconut!

    Movement/Symptoms:
Moving a ton! I also thought it would slow down, but feel like I am noticing it more and more! Still love watching my belly move, but he has got me under the ribs a couple times and that hurts! Still getting acid reflux quite a bit, tired constantly and getting winded really easily, occasional tingly/swollen hands, and just getting kind of uncomfortable in general.

    Rants/Raves:
Rants: I had a stomach but on Monday, had to leave work after only 2 hours and call out of my only shift for the week at my part time job. I hate leaving work, and I was pretty miserable all day, pretty much didn't leave my couch unless I was heading to the bathroom.
Raves: stomach bug only lasted one day. We had our birthing class last saturday and it went great! Learned some good stuff and really liked touring the birthing unit, the rooms are beautiful! Also we finally finished decorating the nursery walls! Just needs a handful of things to be finished!

    Upcoming Appointments/Updates:
Had an appointment yesterday, blood pressure was normal so that was a relief! Hoping it stays that way :) Also I did not gain much of anything which was a relief to me because I had a big weight jump in 2 weeks last time, he must have had a mini growth spurt. Still measuring on track! Next appointment in two weeks, then weekly after that.

GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan?
I am really hoping for a natural birth. I want to stay home as long as I can, but I am afraid to stay too long as well. I want to be able to move around as I want and try different laboring positions. I also like the idea of laboring in the whirlpool tub and trying the birthing ball for positioning as well. Planning on bringing an mp3 of my favorite songs and maybe a scented candle. I also plan on wearing my own hospital gown. However, I am going in with an open mind and if I decide I need medication I am not going to beat myself up about it, especially if I need pitocin or have a really really long labor. But my ideal is all natural. I am also really hoping he comes the week of his due date. My Mom is flying in a week before and I want her to be here, and I really do not want to be induced if he goes late. In the end though, I will do whatever we need to to get him here safe and healthy!

  • Week/Fruit: 35wks, coconut

Movement/Symptoms: this baby moves all the time... Heartburn like a bitch.. And by the end of the day my feet are a little swollen

Rants/Raves: Rants.. Time feels like it's going by so slow, but also feels like it's going by fast..
Raves.. The nursery is almost complete!!!

Upcoming Appointments/Updates: I have a normal appt on the 18th, and the doc said she will do a culture..

GTYK: What's your "plan" for the birth? Obviously, we all want healthy/happy babies, but what's your plan?: I don't have a legit plan, but I want meds as soon as I can get them. I'm hoping to not have a c-section. And I would love it if I didn't tear.

@jcrewgirl85, YES!!!! It's a horrible, shooting pain that stops me in my tracks. It always seems to happen while I'm at work too and I just know people see the look on my face and wonder what is going on.
