Norovirus while preg

My 11 month old DS got sick on Friday so after dealing with his projectile vomiting and diarrhea I got the gift that kept on giving. Apparently, if you are preg and get it you have to get iv fluids so on a beautiful Sunday morning, I got to get rehydrated with instant anti-nausea meds in the line. It was actually amazing considering my Saturday night. If you get this terrible bug the iv makes it a little bit less, um, shitty. And that my psa for today. :)
Me: 34 - low ovarian reserve
DH: 40 - no issues  

3 failed IUI's 

IVF #1 3/12 - 13 eggs, 9 fertilized,  2 transferred (1 grade 2 blast, 1 early blast), no frosties, 3/30/12 - 9dp5dt spotting, BFNs

IVF #2. 7/12 - 18 days of stims, 3 mature eggs, 3 fertilized (ICSI), 3 transferred (9, 8, 7 cell) on day 3.  First beta - 8/21/12 = 105, beta #2 - 8/23/12 = 268, beta #3 - 8/30/12 = 2,352. 2nd u/s - 9/4/12. Baby Boy born 5/1/2013.

IVF #3 Now (12/13). AMH is very low - 0.19. ER (12/5) 12 eggs, 10 mature, 7 fertilized using ICSI. 3 transferred (8,8,8 cell - all grade 2) on day 3. First beta - 12/21/13 = 126, beta #2 - 12/23/13 = 400, beta #3 - na (office was closed for new year's). First sonogram - TWINS aka OMG! -

    So sorry you had to go through this!  DH and I both had norovirus a few weeks ago, and I was right there with you - spent half the night in the hospital hooked up to an IV (for fluids and anti-nausea meds, which were a godsend!) and fetal monitoring (since my belly and chest were both super tight and cramped that night).  I think the IV was the best thing ever - DH seemed to have it so much worse than I did!!

    Me(33): normal HSG; diagnosed with mild PCOS

    DH(35): normal SA
     
    *6 cycles no meds, July-Dec. 2011, all BFN
     
    *Clomid for 3 cycles, Jan-March 2011: BFP March 2011
     
    *MC at 6 weeks

    *2 cycles off
     
    *Started TTC again July 2012 with Clomid, 6 cycles from July-Dec. 2012, all BFN
     
    *1 cycle no meds: BFN
     
    *1 cycle Femara: BFN
     
    *1st RE visit March 2013 - first IUI in April 2013 with Femara, Menopur, and Novarel (BFN); second IUI in May 2013, same protocol (BFN); two cycle break;  third IUI in August 2013, same protocol (BFN)

    *1st IVF cycle, October 2013 (Synarel, Menopur (75 iu), and Gonal-F (150 iu)) -- BFP!!  Saw two babies at our 5wk5d u/s on Oct. 28th!  EDD=June 25, 2014

    OMG this totally made me laugh!!! @IntuitiveBlue I was sharting all day!! I must have changed like 4 times. OMG. My husband was such a champ about it although I wouldn't let him do my laundry. I can't believe you had it on a plane!!

    @sarah_beth2005‌ next time I get it (this was my second time in like 10 years), I'm going right for the iv and an rx for zofran (anti nausea meds). I wish my DS had a better time. I'm pretty sure he lost 1.5 lbs.
