  I'm not familiar with the area but my OB office offered to locate a facility for me (ended up being a Walgreens) out if like 10 in my area it was the only one.

  Ask you doctor to change the prescription to Prometrium.  They are made to take orally, but my RE had me use the 200mg twice a day vaginally.  You can get them at RiteAid Walgreens and Walmart Hope this helps! Oh, and 60 of them are $30 without insurance, and mine were free or $1 with it depending on where I got them.
