Slow flow nipples

Is it supposed to take 20 minutes for baby to finish a bottle? My son downs 4-5 oz in less than 4 minutes with Medela slow flow nipples. That doesn't seem "slow" to me. What do yall use that are truly slow?

    I've heard the dr browns premies are the slowest out there. Dd takes 5 oz in less than 10 minutes from both bottle and breast. We use dr brown size 1 and we've done many weighted feedings. If he's fine with it, then who cares what the books say.

    I do stop and burp and try to pace him, but he'll get so mad because he's hungry. Oh well. I won't sweat it since he only gets 1 or 2 bottles a week.

    I use Dr Browns preemie flow nipples.  But I agree: it is so hard to try to stop and burp a hungry crying baby.  Hang in there!
