Molar monster

My sweet child has been replaced by a screaming teething monster. She has had 6 teeth for the longest time and now I think ALL the rest are trying to come in at the same time producing a snotty, drooly, screamy little girl. I don't know what else to do! She has an amber necklace; I gave her teething tablets and even went so far as to give her tylenol because she literally would not stop screaming. She refused a popsicle. Am I missing anything? Do you mamas have any magic remedies? Baby oragel tastes awful so I don't think she would take it. I am at my wits end...

ETA: I just saw the "teething hell" post. You can ignore here unless someone has been enlightened since then....

    Thanks, @courtandnate. I hate feeling frustrated with her all the time because I don't know what to do and I hate that I look forward to bedtime so much.
