Help! I messed up my left SI joint last week and it has progressively worsened over the weekend. Now I feel like my left leg is going to collapse under me when I walk. Ironically, I think I injured myself in prenatal yoga.

I'm trying to schedule some therapeutic massage in the next day or two, at the advice of my midwife. Any suggestions for relief in the mean time?

You should feel your glutes and surrounding tendons stretch. Hold for 30-60seconds and then switch. Be sure to keep your spine as straight as possible and extend it more for a better stretch.
Not a doctor, but had this suggested to me during my last pregnancy and it seemed to help alleviate the pain. Hope you get some relief soon!
