She didn't even use the word correctly. Degeneration is deterioration. I doubt she meant that people's features were deteriorating due to people of different races and ethnicities procreating. I think what she meant was that features were changing and in her opinion that was a negative thing. She was not calling people of mixed races degenerates but her thoughts on the matter were still very ignorant. I don't give any fucks about the musings of a woman whose main goal in life is to look like Barbie.
