We were thinking of getting LO a toddler sized chair, probably for his birthday. Does anyone have one you really like? If so, would you mind sharing where you bought it, what does it look like, how much was it, etc.?
PB anywhere chair! I just picked one up a few days for DD, used from someone in the area. She likes to play on it, but really wont sit still in it. My cat naps in it now.
I got it used on my local online yard sale fb group. Spent 10$ for it. The cover is worn, but it does the trick. Maybe you could try somewhere similar? No way i'm paying 90+ dollars on a itty bitty foam chair.
We're not getting a new one because we already have two I got Aiden a really cute sage recliner when he was about a year old (his "little old man chair"). After we moved into our house we bought new furniture and one of the pieces was an oversized chair with an ottoman (both brown). We were in Home Goods a couple days later and OMG didn't they have a toddler version of our exact chair, including ottoman. So now that's in our tv room with that furniture and the other chair is in his playroom
Realllly wanting one of these chairs but by the time it gets changed to Canadian dollars, you add the taxes for here (13%) and the crazy shipping it seems way out of my price range . So sad.
@vasc at this age I don't think they'll get used much at all but at some point they're going to watch tv on their own or a movie (ahem, Frozen for the millionth time). Probably starting around 2 he watched some stuff from his chair. He has a tv and blu ray in his playroom for those times we want the tv to ourselves lol and he uses the old man chair in there.
My almost 5 YO DS has the PB chair. He has used it probably 5 times in 4 years. It is tippy and never worked for watching TV. I'm picking up a knock off at Target and saving $75.

I was told if you call a pottery barn kids in Canada they can order you one in and that's cheaper. If you live near one. I got mine while I was in the US though so I'm not sure if that's true.
