Ameda pump ?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here since DS2 was born. I have began pumping bc I'm returning to work. Anyway I have a ameda purely yours and one side it making a hissing sound and milk is getting on the suction cup on the inside. Does anyone know what part may need to be replaced? Could I call ameda and ask? Thanks in advance!

    Def call! Sadly, mine has done this from early on and keeps doing it even with new parts. I think it's somehow just a malfunction with the pump itself :/
    Replacing the flange and valves frequently does help (even though they don't have tears or cracks) and they will overnight them to you for free.

    Does it do it every time you use it? Mine does that occasionally but I just wipe the milk off and dry out the chamber with a paper towel. I can then continue pumping with no issues.

    If it's doing it frequently I'd call though. They have excellent customer service.
