Hubby and I went to first delivery prep class tonight at hospital, and I learned something I had never been told before. This is baby #3 for me.
If you hold and slightly lift your belly as you squat to sit on the potty, it helps you drain your bladder better, so you can go a "little" bit longer between potty breaks.
I thought this was a great suggestion/trick.
Anybody else have any good tricks you've learned or heard to help ease some pregnancy symptoms your having?

Not really a trick but Cake nursing bras are hands down the most comfortable bras I've ever worn. It's like I'm not even wearing one but I still get the support to keep my newly huge boobs from smothering me in my sleep. It's also tight enough to help with the soreness I get sometimes.

Tylenol works well for restless legs. Don't know how or why but it really does! If my legs are jumpy before bed I'll take it about a half hour or so before bed and I have no problems with my legs for the night. It's awesome
